Colleen Ivings is a Partner. Colleen studied a B Comm LLB at NMU and was admitted as an attorney in 2001. Colleen has close on 25 years of labour law experience and has successfully advised and represented a wide range of blue chip clients throughout this period. Colleen held the position of President of the South African Society for Labour Law (Eastern Cape Chapter) from 2003 to 2005, and again from July 2022 to June 2024, and was the Vice President from 2006 to 2008.
Donna McFarlane is a Partner. Donna studied a BA LLB at Rhodes and was admitted as an attorney in 2012. Following the completion of her articles, Donna was appointed as an Associate in the Employment Law Department at Webber Wentzel. Yearning for her roots, Donna returned to the Eastern Cape in 2013 and began practicing in Port Elizabeth where she has specialised in providing employment law services to private and public sector employers in the area.
